Unfinished Business: AEC at PELC 2025

Several AEC pastors and church leaders attended the Pastoral Evangelism and Leadership Council Conference in Huntsville, Alabama, December 7-10th. The theme was “Unfinished Business: Mission, Outreach, Relationship, and Evangelism.

Allegheny East leaders represented in several aspects of the 4-day conference:

Pastor Novella Smith (Beacon Light Church) preached during Monday’s 5:00 PM service, and Pastor Orville Brissett (Church of the Oranges) spoke for the last service of the conference on Wednesday at 10:00 AM, with President Trevor Kinlock praying over pastors and leaders at the end.

Dr. Emil Peeler (Capitol Hill Church) was a seminar presenter on handling stress in ministry. In addition, Ndubisi Nwade (North Philadelphia Church) has been a long-standing member of the PELC Praise Team.

Headmaster Adrienne Rhodes was able to promote Pine Forge Academy and also shared a video testimonial from a Pine Forge Academy grad.
