Area leaders, Pastors, and President Kinlock honor the sterling service of Dr. Gene Donaldson

At a recent meeting, Dr. Kinlock and conference area leaders acknowledged the remarkable 41 years of service in AEC by our Ministerial Director, Dr. Gene Donaldson.  The president and team affirmed Elder Donaldson for his leadership and then recognized him at the camp meeting ordination service.  Elder Kinlock shared, “I’ve been a witness to the past 23 of Elder Donaldson’s 41 years and whether leading churches as pastor in Virginia, D.C., or the wider conference as ministerial director, he has left a dynamic legacy and record of evangelism, Christian education, and visionary leadership across our conference.  As he departs to a well-deserved season of retirement, his presence and leadership will be sorely missed. I am grateful for the past year I’ve had to work with Elder Donaldson in the conference.”
