Dr. Kinlock and team lead Mission to Africa

On the heels of the General Conference session, Dr. Kinlock and a mission team from AEC churches travelled to Tanzania, East Africa to serve in several mission projects.  The team of 25 travelled to the city of Arusha where they did repair work on an orphanage and a local community housing unit.  The team also ministered to the children in the orphanage and blessed village residents with money and prayers.  On Sabbath, Dr. Kinlock preached at the local Adventist church near Mt. Kilimanjaro and celebrated souls who gave their lives to Christ during the appeal.  The team also took time to visit a Maasai village, go on an exciting safari, and stand at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa.  Kinlock remarked, “The call to serve our brothers and sisters is our mission.  I’m grateful for a successful mission and for the team’s sacrificial love and outreach to the families of Tanzania”
