New Life Ghanian Company Achieves Church Status
Cranbury NJ — May 28, 2026
The New Life Ghanaian Seventh-day Adventist company celebrated a significant milestone during a spirit-filled Sabbath, officially becoming a church. Dr. Trevor Kinlock, president of the Allegheny East Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, led the organization service. Over 300 attendees, including members, visitors, pastors, family, and friends, gathered to witness the special service.
The event was characterized by gratitude, praise, and a renewed commitment to mission. A central highlight was President Kinlock's sermon, "I Know Who I Am," emphasizing believers' identity in Christ and their divine calling.
The organization service represents a major milestone in the congregation's history. What began as a small group of committed believers has grown into an organized church family through prayer, sacrifice, and evangelistic commitment.
The new church also inducted 15 Adventurers into the newly formed “God’s Crew” Adventurers Club and 16 Pathfinders into the new “Nsoromma” Pathfinders Club. The ceremony underscored the church's investment in the next generation, nurturing young people in faith, leadership, and service.
Reflecting on the occasion, the congregation joined in praise and thanksgiving, embracing the biblical affirmation of Ephesians 3:20.
The New Life Ghanaian Seventh-day Adventist Church looks ahead with gratitude and anticipation, committed to continuing its mission of worship, outreach, discipleship, and community impact.
