Bay Area members engage with President Kinlock and Conference team

Members from the Bay area gathered at the Sharon SDA church for an area Town Hall meeting with Dr. Kinlock and the conference leaders.  Led by Bay area leader, Pastor Jimmy Ferguson, members engaged in an extensive conversation with conference leaders on needs and direction for the area and the wider conference.  The session began with a video presentation recounting the providential 80 year history of AEC.  Dr. Kinlock challenged the members to remember that the God of our past is ready to lead us forward to an even brighter future!  Elder Kinlock explained, “The members of the Bay area have a rich legacy of youth ministry and community service.  We want to build on this legacy by keeping our pastors and churches focused on the evangelistic and education mission of the church.”
