Dr. Kinlock represents AEC at General Conference session

Dr. Kinlock attended the 62nd General Conference session of Seventh-day Adventists in St. Louis this past July.  This time attending as a delegate, Elder Kinlock participated in global decision-making on church policy, the church manual, denominational leadership selections, reports from the world divisions, hospital systems, media ministries, and many other important agenda items.  He remarked, “It’s always a moving experience to witness the global diversity of the SDA family.  With over 51% of the SDA church membership residing in Africa and over 35% in South America and the Caribbean, the SDA church is predominantly a church of color.  This diversity should be represented in the leadership structure of the church at every level.  The Adventist church is experiencing explosive evangelistic growth in the Global South.  I believe the Holy Spirit is not limited by geographic location but is ready to save believers in every part of the globe.  It’s time for AEC to experience the same Holy Spirit power that is happening in Africa, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean!”
