Metro (Hyattsville) Pathfinders Visit Nursing Home for Global Youth Day

In celebration of Global Youth Day, Pathfinders around the world engaged in acts of service within their communities. The Pathfinders of Metropolitan Seventh-day Adventist Church in Hyattsville, Maryland, marked the occasion by visiting residents at Sunrise Living in Silver Spring.

During their visit, the Pathfinders shared meaningful moments with residents by singing, praying, and offering companionship through room visits. As a token of care and encouragement, each resident received a rose, a handwritten card, and a snack.

This outreach reflected the spirit of Global Youth Day—demonstrating Christ’s love through service, kindness, and personal connection.
