The Movement Germantown SDA - Prayer Drive Thru

On July 11, 2026, The Movement Germantown SDA hosted a Prayer Drive Thru at Poolesville Elementary School, and God showed up in a powerful way! As part of our "JOIN the Movement" outreach, our team of prayer warriors stood ready — signs in hand — to meet neighbors right where they were, literally pulling up in their cars for a moment of connection and prayer.

Car after car rolled through, and what started as a simple drive-thru became something so much deeper. Our members were profoundly moved as drivers opened up about the real needs weighing on their hearts, and our team had the privilege of praying personally over each one. It was a beautiful reminder that community starts with showing up and listening.

This outreach is also preparing the ground for our upcoming Vacation Bible School at Tree of Life Farm in Poolesville — planting seeds of faith and connection that we can't wait to grow together as a community this summer.
