Kinlock’s Korner

President Kinlock joins Opening Night for Reach Baltimore

The Reach Baltimore city-wide evangelistic series kicked off on Friday, 10/3 to a full house in the auditorium of Goucher College.  Dr. Kinlock as well as Dr. Donaldson (AEC Ministerial Director), Pastor Lee Kimani (Baltimore Ministerium Leader), and AEC Baltimore pastors joined members and visitors for an impactful night of Bible prophecy.  It Is Written Speaker, John Bradshaw, preached a stirring message on the reliability and hope in God's word in a callous world of pain and uncertainty.  NAD President, Alex Bryant is also co-preaching the evangelistic meeting.  Bible counselors and seminary students joined this effort and will be ministering to visitors and community guests throughout the entire month.  The "Revelation of Hope" series continues weekly through Nov 1.  Pray for this mighty opportunity to reach souls for the kingdom in Baltimore!

Dr. Kinlock celebrates Community Guest Day at First Church Paterson

The Spirit of God was moving with power at First Church Paterson's recent Sabbath service.  The praise team led the congregation in God honoring worship as members and visitors filled the pews.  The annual Community Guest Day service is an opportunity for the church to connect with its local community and leaders.  Dr. Kinlock shared the message, "This is War" from Revelation 12 reminding congregants of the fierce urgency of the times and the prophetic responsibility of the church.  He encouraged the congregation to fight back against spiritual warfare using the mighty weapons of the Spirit.  Several people responded to the appeal and gave their lives to Christ!  Dr. Kinlock observed, "There's a powerful resilient spirit in this church, I sense that God is preparing Paterson for greater impact!"

Drs. Kinlock and Alberty talk to Pine Forge Boys about Brothers Rising Initiative

The President and Superintendent visited Pine Forge and after speaking to students in the school building, visited the boys dorm to speak on the new Brothers Rising initiative.  The Brothers Rising program is aimed at addressing the decline in college enrollment for Black boys by exposing HS boys to college environments and providing access to collegiate and financial aid information.  For more information on Brothers Rising or to donate to this critical initiative, go to visitaec.org/brothersrising
