First Millsboro Food Pantry

On May 19, 2026, representatives from the First Millsboro SDA Church food pantry joined with food pantries from across Delaware at the state capitol, in Dover, DE, to highlight the important work being done across our state to address food insecurity.  Recognition was read and approved in the House and Senate Chambers of the state legislature acknowledging the important work food pantry programs do each and every day.

In 2025 the Daily Manna Pantry at First Millsboro Seventh-day Adventist was able to provide food services to over 1200 households.  These households represented many areas of our community where food insecurity is a daily concern – low-income, single parent, veterans, elderly, debilitating health issues, access and affordability.
