Living Faith Church Walks in God’s Promises through Community Engagement
This year at Living Faith, we have intentionally built upon the evangelistic momentum that began during Pentecost 2025. Our theme for 2026, "Walking into God's Promises," has guided every aspect of our ministry and outreach. To accomplish this vision, we organized the year into four strategic quarters, each designed to prepare, engage, and reach our community with the gospel.
Quarter 1 focused on preparation. We organized our ministry teams, strengthened our church structure, and equipped our members for outreach. During Global Youth Day, we soft-launched our evangelism efforts by taking Christ into our community. Members distributed literature and invitations, shared books, and demonstrated God's love through acts of kindness, including purchasing meals for individuals and families at local restaurants.
Quarter 2 marked the official launch of our community outreach initiative, Tent City. Every first and third Sabbath from May through October, our church gathers for one hour of worship before going out into the community to serve. Tent City is more than an outreach event—it is Living Faith taking the church beyond its walls to meet people where they are through practical service, prayer, fellowship, and the love of Christ.
June featured our monthly evangelistic emphasis led by Good Company, our music ministry. Every Friday throughout the month, the team ministered through music, creating meaningful opportunities to share the gospel and connect with our community. God blessed these evenings in remarkable ways.
As we move into July, we continue that momentum with two major evangelistic projects. We will present our original stage production, Resistance, and relaunch our Vacation Bible School (VBS) to engage children, families, and the wider community with the message of Jesus Christ.
We are grateful for what God has already done, and we look forward with great anticipation to our culminating evangelistic series, taking place September 18 through October 3. We believe the Lord has been preparing hearts throughout the year, and we are excited to see His promises fulfilled as we continue walking by faith and sharing His love with our community.
